Sugar Bean is a breakfast, lunch and coffee bar which is located at the Broadway Fair Shopping Centre, Shop 30A, 88 Broadway, Nedlands, Western Australia.

Serving quality all-day breakfasts, lunches, coffee, loose-leaf tea, refreshing iced drinks and much more all at reasonable prices and generous servings.

The calming neutral shades of white on the walls and bar, clean crisp white table tops and warm traditional walnut wooden chairs on a sea of terracotta floors create a relaxed ambience to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or just that perfect cup of coffee all whilst being replenished with a calming array of music.  A picture says a thousand words. We do accept bookings if large tables are required.

As Sugar Bean has recently opened its doors for business, our trading hours at this stage are Monday to Friday, 8am till 7pm. These hours may change with out notice depending on the demand for our service.
